• Local Storage (Local Database): All employee attendance logs, names, base pay amounts, overtime (OT) tracking data, advances taken, and balance deductions (Baki) are stored strictly on your device using local browser engines (Web Storage / LocalStorage).

• No Server Uploads: We do not operate external cloud servers to collect, sync, or harvest your employee rosters or financial payroll logs.

2. Device Permissions Required

To provide full app functionality on all Android devices, the app requests the following core configurations:

• Internet & Network Access: Used solely to render structural analytical charts (via Chart.js CDN) and micro-interactions within the WebView environment. No personal data is transmitted over the network.

3. Data Safety & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification or business ledger data to third parties.

• Libraries Used: The app utilizes open-source utilities (Chart.js, Canvas-Confetti, FontAwesome) rendered securely inside the sandboxed native WebView client.

• Security Framework: Data is securely confined to the app's sandboxed local dynamic storage map.

4. Data Deletion and Control

You have full ownership and absolute control over your workforce tracking records:

• Purge Engine: You can delete all personnel records, financial setups, and logs permanently by clicking the "Reset All Storage Engine" option inside the app settings panel.

• Backup/Restore Functionality: Users can export local text schemas (.json format) to secure files on their personal devices for local backup management.

5. Compliance with Laws

This Privacy Policy complies with the global privacy standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local digital data privacy regulations.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
